• Summer Season (the Tuesday after Memorial Day through the Thursday before Labor Day, except for 4th of July)
• Ski Season (typically the 2nd weekend of December through the middle or end of March, except for the holiday dates, below, that fall within)

Nice wooded location at the very end of a cul-de-sac. Wrap-around back & side deck with furniture and a gas grill. Comcast WIFI & cable TVs. Plenty of books for the avid reader.

Enter the front door. Ahead is a door to the basement level. To the right is a bedroom with a double bed, cable TV and 2 large floor to ceiling shelves of books. Through the bedroom is a full bathroom with a tub & shower. Through the bathroom is a bedroom with a queen bed with a futon mattress. The other door from this bedroom opens to a hallway to the kitchen.
From the entry door- to the left is the living room with a door to the back deck and a wood burning fireplace. Wood is supplied and the fireplace can be used only between Oct 1st and April 30th. The eat-in kitchen is next to the living room, at the back of the house.
The basement level has a very large family room with a home theatre system. There is a library of family-oriented (G & PG rated) DVDs, a DVD player wired to a ceiling mounted projection system and surround sound system. There is a queen futon in the family room.
A small bedroom with a twin futon & a writing desk and a full bathroom with a tub/shower combo are also downstairs to the right at the bottom of the stairway.

This Massanutten Vacation Home is approximately 2010 square feet, and is ready for your visit with the following items:

1) The reservation must be in the name of the person whose name is on the military ID.
2) A copy of your unexpired U.S. military ID card or current orders must be submitted with your signed rental contract to get this discount.
Mark through all social security numbers on the military ID copy.
Write MILITARY next to the Payment Details on page 1 of your rental contract.
Your rental contract will not show the discounted amount. Military discount will be applied once your rental agreement & military ID are received in our office.
3) Military IDs received after payment has been made will not be honored for the discount.
4) This discount is given to active duty, reservists and retired military persons.
5) Military discount is not given to civilians, civilian affiliates, contractors, Senior Executive Service (SES), Federal affiliates or Military affiliates accompanying the Armed Forces.
