Enjoy quiet mornings, afternoons and evenings sitting on a rocker or lying on a lounge chair on the spacious deck. Cook a big meal for your family on the big gas grill on the deck! OR Cook on the indoor in-the-counter grill! Relax in the big jacuzzi tub!

Around the corner are Blue Ridge Overlook, Shenandoah Sunrise, and the Hollow homes! These homes are ideal for family reunions.

Ground Level: Enter into the great room with fireplace, cable TV, DVD player and stereo with CD player; the large kitchen has a breakfast bar and is off the dining area. The furnished deck off dining area is the width of the house.
The master bedroom is to the left of the living room and has a king bed, cable TV with a NETFLIX account, and a full bathroom with a big corner jacuzzi tub and a separate shower; another bedroom, to the right of the living room, has a queen bed. There is a bathroom between the kitchen and this bedroom. Off the kitchen is another bedroom with a queen bed, sleep sofa, and flat screen wall-mounted cable TV.
Lower level bedroom #3 has 2 doubles, a TV and a full bath; bedroom #4 has a queen bed; bedroom #5 has 2 sets of twin bunk beds (there is a french door between these 2 bedrooms). Family room with a large 55" TV DVD player, stereo with CD player. Next to the family room is the gaming area with a game table w/ family board games, poker table top and an AIR HOCKEY table. A full bathroom is next to the family room.

This Massanutten Vacation Home is approximately 3060 square feet, and is ready for your visit with the following items:

Stipulations:
1) The reservation must be in the name of the person whose name is on the military ID.
2) A copy of your unexpired U.S. military ID card or current orders must be submitted with your signed rental contract to get this discount.
Mark through all social security numbers on the military ID copy.
Write MILITARY next to the Payment Details on page 1 of your rental contract.
Your rental contract will not show the discounted amount. Military discount will be applied once your rental agreement & military ID are received in our office.
3) Military IDs received after payment has been made will not be honored for the discount.
4) This discount is given to active duty, reservists and retired military persons.
5) Military discount is not given to civilians, civilian affiliates, contractors, Senior Executive Service (SES), Federal affiliates or Military affiliates accompanying the Armed Forces.
