About Our Company

Massanutten Vacation is owned by Michael & Kathy Chelst and is located in Elkton VA at the foot of the scenic Massanutten Mountain.

12 years ago the Chelsts discovered Massanutten and the Shenandoah Valley and fell in love with the natural beauty and serenity of the area.

The dream became reality when the Chelsts built their vacation home in Massanutten Village. Wanting to share all the region has to offer, the Chelsts opened the doors of Massanutten Vacation homes.

Marvel at the golden & crimson hues of the leaves in the Autumn, the ethereal beauty of the landscapes when the snow has fallen in Winter, the rebirth of wildlife and plant life in the Spring, and the warm days and cool starry nights of Summer.

Whether you prefer to take a tour of Virginia's wine country, experience Skyline Drive, hike in the George Washington National Forest, take to the slopes, hit the links, splash down at the largest indoor/outdoor water park on the East Coast, or ride a gentle horse we have it all!
